IceBox Refrigerated Trailer

IceBox UK was established in 2015 and has grown to become one of the largest refrigerated trailer hire and sales operations in the UK. Our successful development has led to us becoming the first choice supplier for temporary refrigerated storage services to many household names in the hospitality and events sectors. In addition, in 2018 we were appointed as sole UK importer and distributor for Wörmann Trailers, a German based industry respected supplier of quality refrigerated trailers. 

Our refrigerated trailers are rented and leased to a wide range of industries and businesses on both short and long term contracts and we are proud to be associated with household names such as McDonalds, Burger King and KFC, hotels such as De Vere Hotels, Waldorf Hotels, Hilton Hotel Group and Double Tree Hotels as well as organisations as diverse in nature as airports including Gatwick, Stansted and Luton, universities, schools and colleges, football and other sports clubs and event management and conference organisers. We are very proud of our high profile, our quality trailers and our unparalleled level of customer service which has led to many customer referrals and a high level of repeat business.

Our continued expansion includes the development of a UK-wide Agency Network to enable IceBox to become the only refrigerated trailer supplier able to offer a truly national service provision.

Training & Development

IceBox Refrigerated Trailer

IceBox UK provides each new agency partner with in-depth training from our experienced management team. We will assist you with the initial set up and provide a one to one HQ based training session. We work very closely with each agency partner to ensure that they are maximising the business opportunities available in their territory and thus reaping the rewards associated with being an IceBox Agency Partner.

Operational Support

Our experienced operations team provides on-going support, guidance and assistance to each Agency Partner as required. 

The continued smooth running of each IceBox Agency is imperative and therefore each location is centrally monitored. 

Operational data such as fleet / unit utilisation, downtime, income generation and revenue source, delivery and collection statistics and more is captured, analysed and reported on allowing each Agency Partner to analyse their own business and highlight strengths and weaknesses accordingly.

Fleet / Unit Supply

All IceBox Agency Partners will be enrolled in our fleet supply programme which includes a wide range of refrigerated trailers together with very attractive leasing terms on new 4×4 vehicles.

Our buying strength enables us to provide Agency Partners with extremely attractive terms on the acquisition of their refrigerated trailer fleet on Outright Purchase together with attractive finance terms via our asset finance partners (sts).

In addition, we offer exceptional Partner Mini-Lease terms to enable Agency Partners to supplement their fleet without a long term financial commitment.

IT Systems

Class leading communication and IT systems are at the heart of the IceBox development strategy. We operate a cloud based management system which is responsible for the control of the day to day operation of the location in terms of fleet / unit usage, utilisation, customer data and the generation of rental agreements and sales documentation.

Our centralised systems facilitate central reservations, online payment portal, consolidated central billing and fleet / unit yield and utilisation management. We offer the benefit of a full online and secure transactional facility to both retail and corporate customers allowing them to place reservations, make payments and monitor their bookings online.

Each Agency Partner benefits from their own individual local website (micro website) enabling agency-specific detail, information and offers to be displayed and regularly updated.

Digital Marketing

Digital Marketing is at the heart of our local and national marketing strategy.  Local online marketing activities are managed on behalf of our Agency Partners thus ensuring that targeted local marketing initiatives reach the intended local audience. 

Targeted Google Ads campaigns together with Facebook and LinkedIn social media marketing activities provide enhanced exposure for our Agency Partners and the IceBox brand.

We will centrally manage and co-ordinate the digital marketing initiatives to ensure that a standardised and consistent message is promoted across the network.
